Hi! My name is TJ Larum, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analyst from St. Cloud, MN transplanted in Memphis, TN. I have a BS in Community Psychology with an Applied Behavior Analysis emphasis and a MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University.
I have been working in the field of human services for over a decade with a history of working with diverse populations across the age, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic, cultural, and ability spectrums. I specialize in early intervention for Autistic children with an emphasis on trauma-assumed, compassionate care.
In addition, I have served as a consultant in clinical mental health and music education settings as well as a subject matter expert for services for Autism and ID/DD.
Beyond the career scope, I am a performing artist and music educator with 17 years of experience. Additional professional experiences include grantwriting, fundraising, nonprofit management, event planning, and public speaking.
I have presented on numerous topics, including Person-centered Planning, music education, culturally-responsive practice, and conceptual analyses in behavior analysis, at conferences and trainings across the globe.
I have been honored and privileged to travel with the Global Autism Project’s SkillsCorps in 2022 to Rwanda and 2023 to India as a volunteer, clinician, and Autism advocate. I frequently refer to myself as the #bornagainbehavioranalyst, and I am motivated to make a meteoric, positive impact in all communities I am lucky enough to serve #withnotfor
