Pauline Kirby-Rodgers

My name is Pauline Kirby-Rodgers. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have a Bachelor degree in Child Studies from Goodwin University.

I have been working with Total Care ABA since the summer of 2022. I have a background in Early Childhood education (16 years), where I got experience working with children with varying degrees of abilities and disabilities.

I was introduced to ABA during my undergrad degree, in 2021. ABA fits exactly with my philosophy, “Be the best that I can to be for young children, so they can attain their full potential.”

When time came for interning, I jumped at the chance tointern in a self-contained classroom, with my former professor; the BCBA, as my mentor.

I got the chance to further explore the profession. If I was on the fence, it was finalized. ABA was where I wanted to be helping one child/family at a time.

My next step is a Master’s Degree in ABA. I enjoy spending time with my family and my favorite place to be is my home. My hobbies are cleaning, singing, cooking, and watching ION tv.
