Jayne Daily

Jayne Dailey is a dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

With a strong educational background and years of hands-on experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every role.

Beginning 2016, after obtaining an Associate of Arts degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology, she embarked on their journey in ABA. Starting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), she quickly established herself as a valuable asset in the field while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology.

In 2021, she transitioned to a role as an assistant to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Georgia, where she contributed significantly to assessments and reassessments for an adult facility serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Her dedication and expertise led to a promotion to the Director of Operations position, demonstrating her leadership skills and commitment to excellence.

Driven by a desire to continue growing in the field of ABA, she made the strategic decision to return to direct service as an RBT. She joined the Total Care ABA team, where she has excelled and currently holds a Lead RBT position.

She has been an integral part of Total Care ABA since its inception, and she is deeply passionate about the company's mission and values.

With a clear vision for her future, she is determined to obtain her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in the coming years. She plans to continue her journey with Total Care ABA, leveraging her skills and experience to further advance her career and positively impact the lives of those she serves.

Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds fulfillment in her role as a spouse to her childhood sweetheart, who proudly serves in the Marine Corps. Together, they have navigated various adventures and challenges, all while raising three amazing children.

She is committed to creating lasting memories with her family and cherishing every moment of this incredible journey called life.
