Heather Smith

I’m currently a Registered Behavior Technician at Total care ABA. I work in Richmond, IN area. I have only been with the company since the beginning of 2023 but have been an RBT since 2018!

I am currently in the process of going to school for my masters in ABA and growing my career at Total care ABA. Prior to working with children I worked with adults for about two years.

After becoming an RBT I quickly learned my love for working with children and with such unique individuals. The best part about working with these children in my opinion is not only teaching them new skills and watching the amount of progress they make day to day but learning from each of them. "
